Normally we provide Free Shipping via Russian Post for buyers from Russia. Its cheaper, but little slower. We will deliver the items in 3 working days (except weekends) after receiving your payment. The parcel takes 5-25 days to reach you. The delivery time depends on the destinations. For another countries use same Russian Post but need payment shipping cost. Remote countries and strict Customs (e.g. Brazil) will make it longer than 4 weeks, please be patient. If you cannot wait for that long. If you did not received the order on time . Then we will extend the delivery time by 10-30 days for you to protect you.
Return & exchange
All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Before return the item, please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after receiving the returned items.
